Our cleaners are handpicked, after having gone through a systematic hiring process, which includes their theoretical & practical knowledge of cleaning, assessment of their communication skills, and our most important assessment, the ‘Attitude and Smile factor’ before coming onboard. Each cleaner also gets certified from our accredited training centre in the Philippines before joining our team.
